How can I ensure the Bach Flowers in the RestQ range are genuine?
Where are your Bach flowers sourced from?
Are RestQ formulas homepathically prepared?
All RestQ formulas are made to the original Bach method potency and specifications, which advises against homeopathic dilution. This means they are more potent then those made by a 5x dilution.
How long do I need to take my RestQ for?
It is best to continue taking RestQ for several weeks, or at least until you start to feel more balanced and emotionally in control. If emotional strain is persistent, seek advice from your healthcare practitioner.

What is RestQ Calm Formula?
The RestQ Calm formula comprises of 8 Bach flower remedies, traditionally used to calm the mind and relieve symptoms of stress & mild anxiety. An additional 3 flowers (Aspen, Mimulus, White Chestnut) have been added to the traditional formula (Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, Star of Bethlehem) to give us the emotional support to overcome our daily stressors that we now face in our modern world.
How do I take my RestQ Calm Spray or Drops?
Spray: Apply 2 sprays directly on the tongue. Repeat as necessary.
Drops: Put 4 drops directly on the tongue or add 4 drops to water and sip at intervals. Repeat as necessary.
Where are the RestQ Calm liquids made?
RestQ Calm liquids are Australian Made & Owned. The mother tincture is prepared by Ainsworths in the UK.
How long do they last?
Are there any concerns with taking RestQ Calm while I am on prescription medications?
There are no known issues with taking RestQ Calm formulas, however, it is important your healthcare professional is aware of everything you are taking.
Can I give the RestQ Calm liquids to my children?
Yes, the RestQ Calm liquids are safe for the whole family, including children and infants of all ages. Simply add to water before placing in baby’s mouth or alternatively place on top of baby’s food. You can also add RestQ Calm liquids to the infants bath water. RestQ can be used as frequently as required. If you would like further advice, contact your health professional.
Can I take RestQ if I am pregnant and/ or breastfeeding?
Can I give the RestQ Calm liquids to my pet?
Yes, all pets including dogs, cats and horses, can safely take the RestQ Calm liquids as they are alcohol free. It is best to add RestQ Calm drops to your pets’ water, spray directly into their mouth or you may rub it into their paws or tummy. RestQ can be used as frequently as required. If you would like further advice, contact your vet.
Are the RestQ liquids safe for diabetics?
When used at the recommended dose, RestQ should not affect blood sugar levels as the formulation contains glycerol (sugar alcohol).
Could I overdose on my RestQ Calm?
You will not overdose on RestQ Calm liquids and can continue to take as needed.

With the additional 3 flowers, it is expected effects should be noted quite quickly, however results are dependant on each unique situation and person. Generally, long term issues may take longer to feel emotional and mental benefits.

No, the RestQ Calm pastilles are unsuitable for pets as they may elicit a laxative effect.
